About Us
The Exit Plan was started, after our founders experienced frustration during previous business exits. This led to a Masters dissertation on the subject and further Doctoral studies. These experiences and findings have been put into place for business owners using the process and our portal, to have a more seamless (and painless) business exit.
The Exit Plan is a business exit and business model improvement process for business owners. At some stage, all business owners will have to exit their business, either through a trade sale, M&A, employee ownership plan or intergenerational transfer.
